EXHIBITOR'S INFORMATION

Why you should exhibit
This international conference targets everyone in the Caribbean involved in production, treatment and supply of drinking water, wastewater collection, treatment and disposal and solid waste management. The expected number of participants is 250 - 300, representing government agencies, private companies, suppliers and consultants. This conference provides and excellent opportunity to make new contacts, to renew old friendships and to display your products and services. The booths are strategically located in the area where participants will have coffee breaks during the technical sessions. In addition there will be an open day so that local businesses, architects, contractors and engineers and the general public can visit the exhibition.

Exhibitors fees


Registration for a single or double booth includes:

� Conference registration for 2 persons;
� Booth space of approximately 6ft by 8ft;
� Admission to the technical session and exhibition;
� Access to secretariat services;
� Coffee and refreshment breaks;
� Welcome reception;
� Awards ceremony and banquet.


What is provided with a booth
� Booth space is approximately 6 feet by 8 feet;
� Each booth includes one table of 6 feet by 1.5 feet;
� Each booth includes 2 chairs;
� Power supply (110V, 60 Hz) can be provided at no extra charge but has to be requested prior to the conference;
� Easels can be provided at no extra charge but have to be requested prior to the conference.

FLOOR PLAN

The hotel and the organizing committee do not take responsibility to provide special security for the exhibits. It is the exhibitors' responsibility to secure any valuable items at the end of the day from the exhibits.


How to import goods for the exhibition

The Cayman Islands Customs Department allows duty free importation of goods on a temporary basis. To facilitate this policy the importer is required to provide a written request prior to importation with, whenever possible, documents such as invoices/or a packing list. The Customs Department reserves the right to require a cash deposit.

Set-up and breakdown times
Exhibits should be completed on Sunday 30th September and be dismantled by 4pm on Thursday 4th October.
